From personal experience, I found men's groups to be safe and fulfilling places where I could share freely with others without any history to cloud their judgment. My most satisfying sessions came from cosmopolitan groups where members could share and receive their experiences to create rich learning and understanding for all.

The one thing I felt was missing was that despite sharing experiences to be useful it only represented the present situation and did not create a way to progress. It's good to share but no life part of your life event remains unchanged.

That is why I have created an international men's circle that incorporates a monthly group coaching session on a key topic to enable members to develop and move forward.
